The river is something you learn: our partnership with Espace Eaux Vives

A packraft doesn't belong in just any hands. It needs to be tested, practiced with, and above all, learned properly — with the right people, in the right place.

That's exactly what Espace Eaux Vives, in Saint-Pierre-de-Bœuf, is all about. Far more than a paddling spot, it's a JAWS test base and a river safety training centre, where our boats spend as much time in the hands of instructors as they do on the water.

A testing ground and a learning ground

At this site, every session pulls double duty: it puts our packrafts through their paces in real, varied conditions, while training paddlers in the right river safety habits. Two demands that feed into each other — a boat is designed better when you know exactly how it will be used, and a training programme is stronger with reliable gear.

A partnership we're proud of
